Detailed Description

Project Management
ERP Sage X3 setup.
Scope : 5 companies & 10 holdings, 3 businesses, 22 sites, 100 users.
- Migration from 3 different systems (AS400-JDE-Arcole)
- Steering comitee chair
- Definition of the needs, working groups leading
- Definitions workshops management
- Testing processes organization
- Activation of the different ERP sections(procurement, purchasing, prodution, distribution, trading, and pay).
- Interfaces with the existing different softwares
Disaster Recovery Plan
Design of the DRP on remote site.
- Recovery datacenter building,
- Virtual infrastructure design on VMWARE and Netapp Storage system, server synchronization via Platespin software.
- Use of Wireless Local Loop techology for site connexion.
Specific internal softwares upgrade :
- XRT to FRP Treasury (SEPA communication system), scope extended to 8 companies
- Magnitude to SAP BFC
IP network and domain merges, following various company merge inside the Group
